Introducing the Narabe-ta series, here is Sendai Dialect Narabe-ta II.

The first Sendai Dialect edition depicted delicious things from Sendai and Miyagi like Harako-meshi and Sasakama, but this second edition features faces representing Sendai and Miyagi♪

Sendai Dialect Two Rolls

Kokeshi dolls (five types: Naruko, Togatta, Yajiro, Sakunami, Hijiori) are definitely a must.

Also, I carefully drew Date Masamune, Sendai Shiro known as the god of fortune, and personally memorable Matsukawa Daruma with respect.

I used to look at the rows of Daruma dolls lined up at my grandparents' house who were in business, thinking they were beautiful as a child.

I only learned much later that there are red Daruma and Daruma without eyes.

As a new face representing Sendai, I also wanted to draw Yuzuru Hanyu (laughs).

For Sendai dialect, I lined up 21 different words from the first edition such as guzura mo zura, menkoi, rogsuppo, obusaru, tare kakogu, jasu.

The base has a faint "I ♥ SENDAI" printed on it.

Words appear between faces, so it feels like the person next to you is talking, which might make you chuckle.

Oh, if you don’t understand the meaning of the Sendai dialect, please feel free to contact us anytime!

The background in the top photo is the Sendai Tansu chest appearing again.

The kokeshi dolls were borrowed from my parents' house.

Maybe grandma bought them when she went to a hot spring.

You know, when you go to a hot spring, you feel like buying kokeshi dolls, right?

(That’s the meaning of the phrase.)

Whether she said that or not, there’s no way to confirm anymore...
