At orata.net, we ship ordered products within Japan.

We ship using appropriate delivery methods depending on the size, quantity, and order details of the products.

After shipping is completed, for delivery methods with tracking numbers, we will inform you via a shipping completion email.

Shipping Fee

Flat rate 240 yen nationwide for Click Post

The shipping fee can be confirmed as the final amount on the checkout screen according to your order details and delivery method.

Shipping Time

Regular Products
We ship within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom Order Products such as Text or Photo Insertion
Since these are made after ordering, shipping takes longer than regular products. Please check each product page for delivery times.

For products with limited order acceptance periods, shipping schedules will be announced on the product page or in notifications as appropriate. orata.net has previously used a sales method where orders are produced and shipped in order after acceptance.

If Ordering Multiple Products

As a rule, all products will be shipped together once all are ready.

If you order regular and custom products at the same time, we may wait for the custom product to be completed and ship all together.

If you are in a hurry, please order separately.

Regarding Accidents During Delivery

If the product does not arrive after shipping or if damage during delivery is suspected, please contact us via the inquiry form.
