This is my family.

Hello.

This picture is of my family. My daughter drew it last summer.

Our family consists of my husband, my second-grade son, my daughter who is in her final year of kindergarten, and me. The one with glasses is my husband, the small one with long hair is my daughter, the one in the middle with a crooked mouth is me, and the one on the right in the blue shirt is my son.

My daughter believes that men wear blue clothes. She also believes that women have long hair.

Since I have short hair, I am often told "You look like a man." But I don't mind at all (laughs).

The other day was my birthday, and they bought me roses.

Red, pink, and white. If you look closely, the white ones have a greenish tint.

"Mom likes green, right? So these," said the children.

"This is what you like,"

said my mother in Sendai who sent me red wine.

"I thought you would like this,"

said my husband who gave me champagne.

Everyone really understands what I like.
