Kago Narabe-ta 15mm Width Length 9m 1 Roll

From the Narabe-ta series, this is "Kago Narabe-ta."

There are eight types of baskets in total.

I hand-painted various basket designs woven from materials like white birch, walnut, wisteria, bamboo, and wild grape in watercolor.

I love woven baskets, and although I only have a few, I felt inspired to paint them on a whim.

The baskets enlarged in sepia tone are layered with items that might be inside, such as green onions, bread, wine bottles, and lipstick.

One pattern is 45cm long.

Overall, it has a brown base with a very calm color tone.
